Meet Dr. John Clauss

The Detail-Oriented, Caring Dentist for Fishers’ Families

Dr. John Clauss

Currently operating a thriving practice in Fishers, Dr. John Clauss has been practicing dentistry in Indiana since 1993. He graduated from Purdue University in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. In 1993, Dr. Clauss received his dental degree from Indiana University, graduating in the top 20 percent of his class and was one of only a few dentists to open a brand new private practice upon graduation.

Dr. Clauss continues his studies through educational seminars and classes in order to stay current with the latest advances and evolutions in dentistry.

He feels that knowledge is a powerful tool and shares his learning with his patients at every opportunity. This educational approach allows patients to fully understand and participate in their dental care.

Dr. Clauss has taught dentistry as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech College in the Dental Hygiene Department. Dr. Clauss is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

When he is not practicing dentistry and teaching, Dr. Clauss enjoys hockey, woodworking, traveling, and snow skiing. A proud father of three children – Steven, Marc, and Kaylee – Dr. Clauss stays busy going to sporting events and water skiing and boating at the lake.

“They don’t always remember what you said but they always remember how you made them feel.”
