Welcome to the family. We’re happy you chose Simply Dental as a home for your smile. We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how different our dental office and standard of care is. When you walk in the office, you’ll notice how tranquil the place is, from the friendly team who greets you, to the enticing smell of fresh baked cookies for patients, to the waterfall features throughout the calming, serene office.

After your treatment, you can expect to receive a call from our office. Your care doesn’t end once you leave the chair, as we follow-up with every patient as part of our commitment to personal care. We’re excited to meet you, and look forward to your initial visit.

Your First Visit

During your first visit to our office, we’ll show you around. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable with the environment before we get started on any treatments. Next, we’ll perform a comprehensive exam, including oral cancer screenings, x-rays, and perio-charting. No two patients experience the exact same first visit, because it’s all about your needs. We’ll talk. Get to know one another. We’ll discuss your medical history and current oral health, and take as much time as we need to address all your questions and concerns. Don’t worry about not understanding technical aspects of dentistry. We ensure you understand your treatment plan, because we explain it to you in laymen’s terms that are easy to follow.

Save time during your first visit by filling out our New Patient Forms before you arrive. Simply download and print the forms, enter the required information, and bring them to your first appointment.

Patient Comforts

We’re all about making your dental experience the best possible, and that’s why your comfort is a top priority. We have a designated kid’s area for our little patients, complete with video games. We offer snacks and drinks, including cookies, for our patients to enjoy after their treatments. The waiting room waterfall provides a feeling of serenity, helping to calm your nerves and relieve stress.

Once in the chair, we’ll keep you comfortable with a cozy blanket and pillow. A cable TV monitor is available to keep you entertained, and you’re always welcome to bring in your own music on a personal iPod or other device.

It’s our goal that you leave our office feeling relaxed and refreshed, even more so than when you came in.

Payment Options/Insurance

As part of our patient-oriented care, we believe that making your dental care affordable and offering different ways to pay for your services is important. We participate with Delta Dental Premier insurance, and are happy to process claims for you for other insurance companies. We’ll take the assignment of benefits, we only ask that pay your estimated portion at the time of service.

Patients who don’t have access to dental insurance can still get great dental care. We accept money orders, personal checks, cash and all major credit cards. We even offer a 5% accounting discount for services paid in advance.

Also, we offer third party financing through CareCredit and Lending Tree, so you can make low monthly payments and pay for your care over time. If you have any questions about insurance, financing or billing, feel free to call us. We’re happy to help.
